The purchaser of a ticket from Silver City Stagelines Ltd. (herein “Silver
City”) agrees that in no case shall the ticket holder or any heir, executor or
administrator have any claim against Silver City for any claim for any injury
or damage which may occur as a passenger and that Silver City will not be
liable for any claim which the holder of such ticket might have or could
have for any damage or any claim whatsoever which the ticket holder may
suffer as a result of travelling with Silver City as a passenger. A condition
for the purchase of the following ticket is that the purchaser acknowledges
and accepts the above stated waiver.
